Paul Strachman is a Venture Partner at ISAI, the early-stage VC fund, where he focuses his efforts on sourcing investments for ISAI in the US as well as supporting its portfolio companies with their expansion efforts.
Paul’s career started as a consultant at Bain & Company in France, Belgium and Germany. He also served for 5 years as the head of Strategy at Equinox, a leading luxury fitness and lifestyle company. Pushed by a desire to focus on early-stage companies, Paul founded SPAR Ventures, an investment and strategic advisory firm. He has also served in executive roles at some of the startups he has been advising.

Paul graduated from Ponts et Chaussées and holds a MSc in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
