Donn Morrill currently leads the solutions architecture team for Amazon’s Alexa Voice Service. Before Alexa, Donn spent three years leading solutions architecture teams for Amazon Web Services, including their startup team, which works with VC firms, startup incubators and accelerators to educate their portfolio companies about cloud computing. Donn also serves on the board of directors of the NY Tech Alliance and was previously the executive director of the New York Technology Council. Prior to his work at Amazon, Donn was CTO of NY-based business consulting firm TGP Associates where he specialized in large-scale website development and business intelligence solutions. He has held technology roles with Morgan Stanley, Nortel Networks and the federal government’s General Services Administration where he helped oversee their GSA Advantage! ecommerce website. Donn holds a B.S. in computer science and an M.B.A. from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
