In the last six years, he founded and worked for three big technology and financial startups, contributing for their growth and recognition.

During his career, was responsible for conceptualizing business plans and models, marketing and development strategies; always focused on executing growth strategies that have led companies to lead in their respective categories.

Along his career, Eldes passed through companies like Banco Nacional, Unibanco, Fininvest and Max Facil. Also, he was responsible for the creation of Fairplace, a Peer-to-peer lending platform. In 2011 founded Bidu.com.br, a 100% online insurance brokerage, where he remained until 2015.
